Do Fiido e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all Fiido e-bikes are covered by a comprehensive 1-year warranty that includes the frame, battery, and motor against manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the bike.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
Charging times vary by model, but most Fiido batteries take between 5 to 7 hours to reach a full charge from zero percent.
Are Fiido e-bikes water-resistant?
Our bikes have an IP54 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against light rain and splashes. However, they should not be submerged or used in heavy downpours.
